Hey Grit,

With the start of our Christmas blogs over on britandgrit, I got to thinking about the enormous number of natural Christmas trees we chop down over here every year. You know, with the scientists saying that one of the reasons for global warming being the destruction of forestry, it is a wonder this practice has not been banned (or at least taxed to the hilt.)

Mind you they do look nice standing by the fire with all the lights and tinsel, and the pine needles being trodden into the brand new carpet. Aren’t holiday’s bliss.
